Tom Willford has been litigating cases for 32 years. Litigation is his specialty. Personal injury is his passion. During his career, he has litigated complex cases across many areas of law, in both state and federal courts. As the owner of WLC, he is competent and willing to take on difficult personal injury cases. The leadership at Willford Law Corporation will not back down from tough cases that many other attorneys will not take on.
Law is in his blood. His father and uncle were partners and created the firm Willford & Willford in the 1950s. His cousin practiced in Whittier for 40 years.

Paralegal / Intake Specialist
Silvia joined our growing firm in 2022. Like her colleagues, Silvia plays multiple roles critical to the firm. She assists our legal team with the initial client intake process, provides medical wrap-up upon completion of client treatment, and assembles medical packets for writing settlement demands.
